L'Institut Universitaire Saint Jean du Cameroun (IUSJC) est un établissement d'enseignement supérieur privé regroupant plusieurs écoles et cycles. Pour accompagner la transformation numérique de nos établissements, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Support Transverse.

** : Assurer un support technique avancé aux utilisateurs, coordonner les interventions, participer activement aux projets informatiques et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information.
Activités principales : Support technique : résolution d’incidents complexes, appui fonctionnel ou opérationnel. Coordination des interventions techniques. Gestion des demandes de changement et participation aux comités de validation.
Autres informations : Participation aux projets informatiques et transition vers les équipes d’exploitation. Formation des utilisateurs et rédaction de supports pédagogiques. Amélioration continue et veille technologique. Reporting et analyse de données.

** : Diplôme : Minimum Bac +3 en Informatique, spécialité Systèmes, Réseaux et Télécoms fortement recommandée.
Expérience : Minimum 2 ans dans le domaine de l’IT. Compétences : Administration des systèmes d’exploitation, notions de réseaux informatiques, virtualisation, bases de données, outils de support, cybersécurité, gestion de projets IT.

** : Lieu : Campus d’Eyang, par Nkolbisson. Contrat : engagement à l’essai en vue d’un CDD, puis CDI. Volume horaire : 40 heures par semaine (lundi à vendredi). Avantages : poste évolutif, ordinateur portable, environnement de travail dynamique.
