IMA World Health, membre de Corus International, recrute un Responsable MERL (Suivi, Évaluation, Redevabilité et Apprentissage) pour piloter les programmes de Santé Maternelle, Néonatale et Infantile et de Protection à Goma, Nord-Kivu.
Type de contrat : non précisé
Qualifications requises : Licence (Bachelor) en Santé Publique, Épidémiologie, Statistiques, Sciences Sociales, Science des Données ou domaine connexe.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils d’analyse de données (Excel, Power BI, Kobo, ODK, CommCare), expérience avérée des systèmes DHIS2.
Compétences personnelles : Sens de l’organisation, leadership, capacité à former et encadrer des équipes diversifiées, rigueur et intégrité.
Expérience demandée : Au moins 5 années d’expérience dans le domaine du MERL pour des programmes humanitaires, de santé ou de protection.
