The DRD will also guide emergency response efforts and contribute to policy formulation and implementation. Advanced university degree in relevant field Minimum 13 years of professional experience in policy formulation Experience as a UNICEF Representative Proven track record in managing emergencies and development programs Effective people management skills Fluency in English and French
