The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the Integrated Climate Risk Management Programme in the Sahelian countries. This temporary position involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with country project teams, and building partnerships with key stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, quality control, and monitoring of program delivery, as well as ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing resources and fostering a high-performing team environment. Advanced degree in Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or related field At least 8 years of relevant experience 3 years in a multicultural organization Experience in climate resilience and risk management Knowledge of climate adaptation and impacts on livelihoods Experience with international institutions and donors Excellent English and French skills
