The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is seeking a Finance and Reporting Specialist for a temporary position lasting 11 months. The role involves supporting financial management and reporting for various programs aimed at enhancing rural development and resilience in West and Central Africa. The specialist will ensure compliance with donor requirements, manage budgets, and oversee financial reporting processes. This position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective financial operations and reporting. Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience Mastery of fiduciary management procedures In-depth knowledge of SISCOHADA accounting framework Experience in consolidating financial statements Working knowledge of mobilizing counterpart funds Proficient in financial management software, especially TOMPRO Fluency in English and French
