Position: Enrolled Midwife (2 positions)
Job Summary: The Enrolled Midwife will support the provision of safe and quality maternal and newborn services under the direction of qualified healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal care. Monitor mothers and newborns and report abnormalities promptly. Assist with safe deliveries and emergency interventions as directed. Provide newborn care and support breastfeeding. Educate mothers on maternal and newborn health. Maintain accurate maternity records. Observe infection prevention and control procedures. Support family planning and reproductive health services.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent. Valid registration and practicing licence. Relevant maternity experience is an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
