Grace Family Health Centre, a healthcare facility dedicated to providing excellent medical services to the community, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our expanding team. We are committed to prioritizing the health of our patients and are looking for passionate professionals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Position: Pharmacist (1 Position)
Job Summary: The Pharmacist will manage the safe and effective procurement, storage, dispensing, and use of medicines while providing professional pharmaceutical services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions. Provide patients with appropriate information on medication use, dosage, and possible side effects. Monitor medicine stocks, expiry dates, and storage conditions. Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation. Support procurement and inventory management. Promote rational and safe use of medicines. Monitor and report medication-related issues where necessary. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
Requirements:
Degree or relevant professional qualification in Pharmacy. Valid registration and practicing licence with the relevant professional council. Previous pharmacy experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and patient-service skills.
