Mandarin / English Gaming Support Agent
En tant qu'agent de support gaming chez 5CA, vous gérerez les problèmes de support client pour un studio de jeux assigné. Vous aiderez les joueurs avec les problèmes de compte et techniques, et résoudrez les questions liées aux achats et au gameplay. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe d'agents sous la direction d'un chef d'équipe et d'un gestionnaire des opérations, et suivrez des modules de formation assistée qui vous aident à grandir, à vous développer et à améliorer vos compétences au fur et à mesure que vous travaillez. Vous resterez au courant des nouveaux projets et mises à jour du client, ainsi que des versions passées et de l'image de marque, et aiderez leurs joueurs à continuer à profiter des jeux qu'ils aiment.
