Job Description:
The main objective of this role is to ensure an efficient laboratory workflow, provide the necessary analytical support to customers and to ADM factories, and support business development with analytical solutions.
Main Tasks:
Managing Sample and Validation of Results:
Ensure day to day management of the laboratory hub. Rigorously apply safety and quality procedures with approved documents (methods, control, verification, etc.). Ensure sensitive species samples are received and analyzed in time. Monitor Critical Control Points. Conduct incoming raw material testing, approval, and identification of approved ingredients. Support the QC department in reporting on the status of the Quality Assurance for Raw Material (RM) and Final Product (FP) Quality Plan. Ensure invoices are approved for consumables and equipment. Analyze and approve results. Ensure the maintenance, follow-up, and update of calibrations (control card monitoring, bias calculation) of laboratory NIR equipment.
Operational for NIR Customer Follow-up:
Ensure the proper execution of NIR services by the customer (calibration installation, helping with software configuration, for example). Support customers in terms of technical assistance (wet-chemistry control card, calibration bias calculation, for example) and help in best NIR analysis practices. Carry out interventions remotely while respecting customer objectives (respect for demand and service level). Monitor and report NIR activity indicators to ensure that services are monitored at customers' sites.
On-site Mycotoxin Rapid Test Customer Follow-up:
Ensure customer training on the use of tests and reader. Provide on-site technical support to customers.

BSc in Agriculture, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or Food Technology. Relevant experience: 1 year.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of laboratory practices. Knowledge of quality management system. Knowledge of NIR technology. Knowledge of MS Office.
