Responsabilités
The core functions for the Banking Officer shall include receiving customers into the banking hall, opening accounts for customers, create credit facilities in the core banking system, attend to customer queries/enquiries and perform such administrative functions as may be required from time to time pursuant to FINCA Zambia Banking Hall Policy and other applicable policies and procedures. Competencies Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Manages and oversees banking transactions and operations Resolve customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for front office operations and ensure due diligence in operational procedures, thereby reducing exceptions in routine branch audit/Risk inspections and examinations. Ensure all required reports are completed and submitted to the Back office Team lead on time. To ensure effective turnaround, quality of transaction documentation, and control Ensure correct data capturing and input into the core banking system at all times Carry out timely loan origination as per the day’s disbursement schedule and all loans sent for disbursements in the prescribed manner and form Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or any other relevant Business Related Diploma Experience in teller operations. Or should have worked in a client –facing role where cash management was the core KPI Strong analytical skills and pays attention to detail.
