ASSISTANT(E) AUX FINANCES – H/F
? RDC (multiples localités) | ? ? Secteur : Finance, Administration, Humanitaire PAM (Programme alimentaire mondial), lauréat du Prix Nobel de la Paix 2020, recrute un(e) Assistant(e) aux Finances pour ses bureaux en RDC. Contrat d'un an renouvelable.
Appuyer les opérations financières et budgétaires (suivi des dépenses, prévisions)
- Assurer le suivi des comptes d'avances et des comptes auxiliaires
- Vérifier les créances fournisseurs et les paiements conformément aux règles du PAM
Formation / Diplômes
- Rassembler et vérifier les informations issues des systèmes financiers
- Gérer l'archivage des factures et des paiements
- Assurer le suivi des immobilisations et des dépenses en carburant/pièces détachées
Diplôme d'études secondaires (BAC) – Certification post-secondaire en Finance/Administration/Économie est un atout
Responsabilités
5 ans d'expérience professionnelle à responsabilités croissantes Maîtrise de MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint Capacité à repérer des anomalies et à orienter les collègues Maîtrise du français (niveau C) – Connaissance intermédiaire de l'anglais (niveau B) est un atout
