Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Directeur ou à la Directrice de la Delivery Unit, le/la Chargé(e) de communication aura pour mission de porter la visibilité et la valorisation des actions du NDT auprès des parties prenantes et du grand public.
La Delivery Unit du Ministère des Télécommunications et du Numérique (MTN) est en charge, en lien avec les directions internes et les structures sous tutelle, de la structuration de la gouvernance des données publiques et de la stratégie d'intelligence artificielle de l'État.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication. Produire des contenus (communiqués, etc.). Organiser des événements et campagnes. Gérer les relations médias.
Formation / Diplômes
Licence/Master en communication, journalisme, marketing.
Expérience
3 à 5 ans en communication institutionnelle.
Compétences techniques : Rédaction, outils digitaux, relations presse.
Compétences comportementales : Excellentes capacités de communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques. Créativité, aisance relationnelle, réactivité.
Langues
Français (courant) et anglais (courant) – littérature technique et partenaires internationaux.
