The Regional Private Sector Partnerships Specialist will lead the development and implementation of partnership strategies with private sector actors across Sub-Saharan Africa. This role involves driving high-value partnerships, coordinating resource mobilization efforts, and providing technical guidance to IOM staff. The specialist will also represent IOM in regional and international forums, promote innovative financing instruments, and monitor partnership effectiveness. The position aims to enhance IOM's engagement with the private sector to support its strategic priorities and regional strategies. Master's degree in relevant field or Bachelor's with 7 years experience 5 years experience in private sector partnerships and fundraising Strong understanding of CSR, ESG frameworks, and partnership building Ability to develop unique value propositions for partners Fluency in English and French; knowledge of other UN languages is a plus
