Card Payments Expert- Kinshasa AVADAPAY AvadaPay is a Dubai-based payments company with a presence in the MEA region. We are fully licensed by the regulatory authorities in each region and have local offices to ensure daily interactions with our partners. We offer payment and communication solutions to businesses, as well as a dedicated platform for payment agents. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Card Payments Expert . Responsibilities: Manage communication with customers on commercial conditions Ensure account opening for AvadaPay and merchants Monitor AvadaPay and partner merchant integration deadlines (complete and submit documents to the bank, oversee terminal issuance, etc.) Interact with banks (obtaining commercial terms, signing documents, monitoring integration and coordinating with merchants) Find and attract new traders Define commercial conditions and manage the signing of contracts between AvadaPay and merchants Helping merchants complete their documents and submit them to banks Support the onboarding process until the terminals are received Ensure integration based on customer needs and company technical capabilities Provide merchants with access to their personal space Generate reports and logs of tasks completed Serve as a single point of
