Rattaché(e) au Head of Data & IA, l'Expert(e) en transformation numérique intègre la Delivery Unit du Ministère des Télécommunications et du Numérique (MTN). Cette structure pilote la mise en œuvre du New Deal Technologique (NDT) 2025-2034, un portefeuille de 12 programmes et plus de 50 projets structurants. Dans ce cadre, vous assurez la conduite de la mise en œuvre des initiatives de transformation numérique.

Définir et piloter les projets digitaux, conseiller sur les technologies émergentes, assurer la cohérence avec la stratégie nationale et accompagner le changement auprès des parties prenantes.

Formation : Master en TIC ou management de l'innovation. Expérience : 7 ans minimum en projets de transformation numérique. Compétences techniques : gestion de projets digitaux, architecture SI, innovation technologique, bonne compréhension des enjeux de transformation numérique et des infrastructures publiques digitales (DPI). Compétences comportementales : leadership, pédagogie, capacité d'influence, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités sous contrainte de délais. Langues : français et anglais.
