With over 30 years of experience and presence in Angola, Sao Tome, East Timor, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and now Tanzania, we handle advertising needs for corporates, SMEs, and small businesses across our group companies.

Are you a result-driven B2B sales professional ready to grow your career in advertising? This role is ideal for a candidate with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in fintech, call centres, insurance, microfinance, or an advertising agency environment.
What You'll Do:
Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management. Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
What we're looking for:
2–3 years' proven B2B sales experience. Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline. Hands-on experience using CRM tools. Digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
