Nasle Technologies recherche un technicien de projets informatiques hautement qualifié et autonome pour rejoindre notre équipe à temps partiel. Ce poste est idéal pour un technicien expérimenté capable de travailler de manière indépendante sur des projets clients avec une supervision minimale.
Responsabilités principales
Réaliser des évaluations de site et des études techniques. Préparer des recommandations techniques et des plans de mise en œuvre de projets. Installer, configurer et mettre en service des solutions informatiques et de sécurité électronique. Former les utilisateurs finaux sur les systèmes nouvellement mis en place. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques sur site et à distance. Veiller à ce que les projets soient réalisés de manière professionnelle et dans les délais convenus. Fournir un support technique et une assistance après installation. Préparer des rapports techniques de base et la documentation d'installation.
Exigences minimales
Certificat minimum en technologies de l'information, études informatiques ou domaine connexe. Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience pratique dans des projets informatiques (cette exigence est non négociable). Les nouveaux diplômés sans expérience pratique ne seront pas pris en compte. Être âgé de 23 à 35 ans. Résider non loin de Great East Road à Lusaka. Avoir d'excellentes compétences en anglais parlé et écrit. Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante avec une supervision minimale.
Compétences techniques requises
Les candidats doivent démontrer une solide expérience pratique dans : le support informatique, la configuration de réseaux locaux et la gestion des câbles, les réseaux informatiques, les systèmes de contrôle d'accès par porte, les systèmes de pointage et de présence, les systèmes de visioconférence, les systèmes d'alarme anti-intrusion. Installation, configuration, maintenance et dépannage des systèmes ci-dessus.
