Senior Property Sales Executive
Avery Scott Company Limited recrute des Senior Property Sales Executives dynamiques et proactifs pour rejoindre son équipe en pleine croissance. Les candidats retenus seront chargés de stimuler les ventes et de développer notre portefeuille (location à long et court terme, location de bureaux, construction/rénovation, staging/décoration, gestion immobilière), de superviser les opérations immobilières et de gérer l'expérience client.
Qualifications minimales : Diplôme. Niveau d'expérience : Niveau intermédiaire. Durée d'expérience : 3 ans. Langue requise : Anglais. Horaires : Temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
Responsabilités clés :
Identifier et prospecter des promoteurs/propriétaires immobiliers potentiels pour rejoindre le portefeuille de ventes de l'entreprise. Présenter les solutions de gestion immobilière de l'entreprise et conclure des accords d'acquisition. Commercialiser les unités locatives disponibles pour attirer des clients/locataires potentiels, engager des prospects et conclure des affaires.
Qualifications et compétences préférées :
Au moins un diplôme en immobilier, marketing, gestion hôtelière ou domaine connexe. Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en vente/marketing dans l'immobilier ou domaine connexe. Âgé de plus de 30 ans, féru de technologie, esprit d'équipe, excellentes compétences en communication.
