What you’ll do You will serve as the driving force behind our Dairy Southwest portfolio, ensuring timely disbursement of funds, prompt repayment, and continuous growth in each farmer’s loan limit. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities include establishing loan products, conducting KYC and CRB verification, making pre-disbursement calls, and ensuring loans are disbursed within 15 minutes of approval.
Ensure portfolio quality remains optimal by maintaining PAR within target thresholds, proactively pursuing timely repayments, and meticulously reconciling all funds against the established repayment schedule. Proactively identify potential repayment challenges in their initial stages, escalating concerns promptly and collaborating closely with clients and farmers to resolve issues collaboratively. Drive the expansion of our lendable portfolio by enhancing MIS adoption and ensuring farmer data remains accurate and comprehensive. Ensure all insurance policies remain current and appropriately maintained, verifying coverage where necessary. Expedite the settlement of claims promptly to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide assistance with product launches and strategic partnerships by facilitating the preparation of new or refreshed product rollouts in the market while maintaining accurate and current reporting on partnership activities and progress summaries.
