Job Title: Industrial Plumber
Location: Ogun
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Plumber to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial plumbing, piping, and utility systems within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain and repair industrial piping and plumbing systems. Maintain water supply, drainage, pumps, valves and utility lines. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and pressure problems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Assist with installation and modification of piping systems. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of an OND, Trade Test, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Industrial Plumber. Industrial/manufacturing experience is required. Good knowledge of pumps, valves, tanks, fittings and piping systems. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing and utility faults. Ability to read and interpret piping layouts/drawings. Good pipe fitting, joining and installation skills. Basic welding, fabrication and pipe-support installation skills. Technical or professional certification in plumbing or pipe fitting.
Added Advantage: Experience in agro-processing, food processing or manufacturing. Knowledge of compressed air, hot-water/steam and industrial drainage systems.
