We provide holistic Asset Management solutions right through the asset life cycle, from planning and acquisition to administration, and finally decommissioning or disposal. Tovesina Asset Management wishes to recruit a qualified, creative, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to support the companyâs visibility, client engagement, brand positioning, and corporate communications. The position will help promote the companyâs asset management services, strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure consistent communication across digital, print, media, and public engagement platforms. Purpose of the Position
The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Officer position is to develop and implement sales, marketing, communications, and client engagement activities that enhance Tovesina Asset Managementâs profile, attract and retain clients, promote investment products and services, generate business leads, support client acquisition, and contribute to the companyâs revenue and growth objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for the following functions: Sales Functions Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the companyâs products and services. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert potential clients into active customers in line with company targets. Maintain a database of prospects, clients, sales enquiries, referrals, and follow-up actions.
Support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, product presentations, and client onboarding materials. Work with management to set sales targets, track performance, and recommend actions to improve client acquisition and retention. Marketing Functions Develop and implement marketing plans in line with the companyâs strategic priorities. Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, client engagement activities, stakeholder meetings, seminars, and public relations events. Develop marketing materials that clearly communicate the companyâs products, services, values, and benefits. Monitor the performance of marketing activities and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement.
