• Provide administrative support to the Regional Safety Coordinator (RSC) while ensuring contractors and the Company adhere to road safety and land transportation regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with designated focal points and the contractor’s nominated Road Safety Coordinator to facilitate the execution of Road Safety Commitments and Objectives. Coordinate all internal and external audits, overseeing scheduling processes and ensuring diligent follow-up on corrective actions. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives while maintaining adherence to established policies and procedures. Monitor progress, evaluate performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Address emerging challenges proactively, ensuring solutions are implemented in a timely and effective manner. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence through clear communication, delegation, and mentorship of team members. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards to uphold organizational integrity and reputation. The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining oversight of all fleet vehicles while ensuring timely dissemination of REX and safety alerts to pertinent stakeholders.
