Formation / Diplômes
Diplômes : Diplôme d’enseignement supérieur (Bac+5) en finances, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, audit ou tout autre diplôme équivalent d’une institution universitaire connue.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance des règles et procédures des finances publiques, gestion budgétaire et financière des projets financés par les bailleurs de fonds, expérience avec la Banque mondiale, BAD, UE, GAVI, FM. La connaissance de l’utilisation de Tomweb est un atout.
Responsabilités
Compétences personnelles : Rigueur, intégrité, sens des responsabilités, capacité de renforcement de capacité des acteurs internes et externes. Expérience demandée : Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle globale en entreprise, cabinet comptable, administration publique ou structures financées par bailleurs. Au moins 5 ans à des postes similaires (DAF, RAF, SGF, chef comptable) dans des projets de développement financés par bailleurs internationaux. Instructions
