Key responsibilities include capturing authentic farmer stories that illustrate the organization’s impact at both the individual and generational levels. Video Production & Editing

• Produce professional-grade, engaging, and emotionally resonant video and audio content using DSLR and smartphone cameras.
• Direct and coordinate video shoots across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams.
• Develop storyboards and scripts aligned with project briefs post-shoot.
• Subtitle videos in seven or more languages to ensure accessibility.
• Edit footage for multiple formats and purposes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design bespoke motion graphics that align with brand guidelines. Storytelling & Interviewing
• Identify, source, and develop strong narratives in the field based on defined briefs.
• Conduct compelling interviews that elicit authentic, emotive, and forward-driving responses to strengthen story arcs.
• Analyze farmer reports to conceptualize potential storylines and refine interview approaches to bring those narratives to life. Systems & Operations
• Occasionally oversee freelance teams and manage donor-selected crews during shoots.
• Maintain and organize One Acre Fund’s video archives and footage repositories.
• Establish and oversee the organization’s video production schedule, providing stakeholders with visibility into upcoming projects.
