Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – SC Villa
Precision HR Proprietary Ltd is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer for SC Villa, a prominent football club in Uganda. This is a full-time, executive-level position based in Uganda, offering a monthly salary of USh 3,000,000 - 5,000,000.
Job Summary
The CEO of SC Villa is the chief administrative and operational executive, responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic leadership of the Club. The core function is to run the Club as a professional, commercially sustainable business enterprise while ensuring full compliance with football governing bodies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the Club's strategic plan, translating the President's vision into measurable objectives. Establish annual operational plans, budgets, and long-term sustainability initiatives. Lead institutional growth, modernization, and commercial expansion opportunities.
2. Football Operations Oversight
Ensure efficient administrative support for football operations. Oversee player registration processes and ensure compliance with FIFA, CAF, FUFA, and UPL regulations. Monitor contractual obligations for players and technical staff. Support recruitment and retention strategies. Oversee transfer administration and FIFA TMS compliance. Note: The CEO shall not interfere with technical team selection decisions.
3. Financial Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial sustainability. Implement financial controls and reporting systems. Develop sponsorship strategies and negotiate commercial partnerships. Maximize merchandising revenues and develop hospitality and VIP programmes. Oversee audits, regulatory financial reporting, and timely payment of salaries and statutory obligations. Develop diversified revenue streams to strengthen the Club's financial position. Grow matchday revenue streams and increase membership and fan participation.
4. Commercial Development
Build strategic relationships with corporate partners to meet annual commercial targets. Drive membership growth and fan engagement.
5. Governance & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with FIFA, CAF, FUFA, and Uganda Premier League regulations. Maintain all required Club licences and certifications. Coordinate governance reporting to the Executive Committee.
6. Human Resource Management
Recruit, supervise, and evaluate Club staff. Develop organizational structures and reporting lines. Implement performance management systems. Promote a professional and accountable working culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws.
7. Infrastructure & Facilities
Oversee maintenance and development of Club facilities. Ensure training facilities meet professional standards. Coordinate stadium usage and matchday requirements. Develop long-term infrastructure projects and manage capital expenditure.
8. Stakeholder Relations & Communications
Act as the primary administrative representative of the Club. Primary liaison with FUFA, Uganda Premier League, CAF, and FIFA. Represent the Club before government authorities. Approve official Club communications and manage crisis communications. Engage sponsors, commercial partners, and supporters. Protect and enhance the Club's reputation.

Day-to-Day Operations: Full authority to manage all operational activities.
Budget Expenditure: Approve expenditures within authorized budget limits.
Contracts & Agreements: Sign contracts within delegated authority levels.
Staff Management: Recruit, manage, and evaluate all Club staff.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification: Master's degree. Experience level: Executive level with at least 8 years of experience. Language requirement: English. Working hours: Full Time - 8 to 5.
