Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks, recommending appropriate mitigation measures and control improvements. Evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control systems, and monitor implementation of corrective actions. Investigate suspected fraud, irregularities, and policy violations, and recommend preventive measures. Prepare audit reports, present findings to Management and the Audit Committee, and track implementation of audit recommendations. Provide advisory support on governance, risk management, internal controls, policy reviews, and the implementation of new systems and processes to promote operational efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA, CIA, CISA, or an equivalent certification. Membership in a relevant professional body will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or external audit, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, financial reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements. Proficiency in audit methodologies, data analysis, and computerized accounting systems.

Excellent analytical, report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
Oncology Nurse

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care. Adhere to infection prevention, medication safety, and oncology nursing protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing registration and current practicing license. Higher Diploma or specialized training in Oncology Nursing is preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an oncology or cancer care setting (preferred). Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills. Current BLS/ACLS certification.
Critical Care Nurse

Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy, endoscopy, endotracheal intubation, and elective cardioversion. Ensuring that ventilators, monitors, and other types of medical equipment function properly. Ensure that equipment or devices are properly stored after use. Prioritize nursing care for assigned critically ill patients based on assessment data and identified needs. ICU nurses must be able to draw ABG Blood and interpret the report correctly. ICU nurses should have enough knowledge about GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale).
Qualifications:
Must have a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Must have a higher diploma in Critical Care nursing from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the nursing council and possess a current license. Training in BLS and ACLS is an added advantage. Minimum working experience of two years in a busy ICU. Must have good communication skills both written and oral. The candidate must be self-driven and self-motivated.
Renal Nurse

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients with kidney disease. Safely prepare, operate, and monitor haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, recognizing and responding promptly to complications or emergencies. Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies in accordance with clinical protocols. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis treatment, medication adherence, nutrition, vascular access care, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure infection prevention and control standards are consistently followed. Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly. Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing registration and current practicing license. Higher Diploma or specialized training in Renal Nursing is an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a renal or dialysis unit is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an added advantage.
