As a Dual Operator, you will bridge fulfillment and flight operations, ensuring the precise, timely, and safe delivery of medical, blood, and animal health products. This cross-functional role is structured to cultivate operational adaptability by training you in both warehouse logistics and drone launch and recovery through Lipline Academy. You will receive hands-on instruction in routine warehouse duties as well as flight operations. Ideal candidates are meticulous, safety-driven, and energized by high-quality, fast-paced work. Key Responsibilities: Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations: – Receive, inspect, and store products while adhering to quality and temperature specifications. – Pick, pack, label, and verify orders to guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. – Conduct stocktaking, inventory tracking, and product intake tasks. – Maintain a tidy, organized, and hazard-free warehouse by adhering to SOPs and daily checklists. Flight Operations: – Assist with launch and recovery procedures by preparing Zips, executing protocols, and ensuring adherence to SOPs. – Perform pre- and post-flight safety inspections, identify operational hazards, and report anomalies through ticketing systems and shift handovers. – Monitor in-flight operations via Fleet deck and escalate irregularities as needed. – Support routine readiness tasks related to flight
