Lipline stands as the world’s foremost autonomous drone delivery service, pioneering a mission to democratize access to essential goods—food, medicine, and critical supplies—anytime, anywhere. Our autonomous logistics network, the largest of its kind, operates across four continents, executing a delivery every thirty seconds and having fulfilled millions of missions, from life-saving blood and vaccines to everyday retail products. Collaborating with the globe’s leading healthcare systems, governments, retailers, and major enterprises, Lipline enhances supply chains, curtails congestion, and accelerates delivery speeds while reducing emissions and unlocking economic opportunities. Though drones are central to our operations, they represent just 15% of our comprehensive infrastructure, which ensures seamless, reliable global logistics. With over 140 million autonomous miles flown safely, Lipline is transforming healthcare access, consumer deliveries, and food distribution worldwide. Operating at a global scale, we seek adaptable problem-solvers who thrive amid real-world challenges and rapid expansion. Our team is united by the drive to build systems that deliver tangible, life-changing impact and to shape the future of logistics through innovation and scale. You will play a pivotal role in our autonomous delivery ecosystem, where safety, reliability, and scalability hinge on rigorous system-health insights. As a core contributor within Systems Engineering, you will develop and own analytics products—including metrics, data models, monitoring frameworks, and analytical reports—that empower engineers and leaders to assess fleet performance, detect anomalies, and prioritize improvements. Collaborating closely with Systems Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional partners, you will transform raw flight data into actionable tools that inform critical decisions on reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining dashboards, alerting mechanisms, and analytical reports for key flight reliability, safety, and performance metrics; defining and updating metric definitions and shared data models for system-health reporting; and writing SQL and Python scripts to extract, validate, and analyze performance data from raw flight logs. You will partner with Systems Engineering and other teams to monitor the health of hardware, software, and operational systems, investigate meaningful fleet trends and system interactions, and translate findings into actionable insights for engineering prioritization and safety reviews. Additionally, you will enhance data accessibility and query efficiency across technical systems to support dependable self-service reporting and deliver trusted analytics products that enable teams to identify issues earlier and make more informed tradeoffs.
