KM International recherche, pour le compte d'un de ses partenaires, un(e) Animateur(trice) des ventes (H/F).
Attributions principales
Coordonner les actions des équipes locales et des agences, et participer à des projets transversaux en lien avec d'autres services pour améliorer la qualité des produits et la relation client; Assurer le suivi des performances commerciales et proposer des actions correctives pour améliorer les résultats des équipes de vente.

Formation / Diplômes
Diplôme Bac+2/3 en Commerce, Vente, Marketing, Gestion ou Administration.
Expérience
Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans la distribution de produits agroalimentaires; Permis B valide et excellente maîtrise de la conduite; Expérience avérée en support commercial ou ADV; Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (notamment tableurs), des procédures administratives et des bases de la comptabilité; Bilinguisme parfait (français/anglais); Âge compris entre 30 et 45 ans; Aisance relationnelle, sens de la négociation, force de prospection, bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, appétence pour la diversité des tâches et compétences managériales.
