## 📍 Localisation
AAK is looking for a hands-on Fleet Manager to take ownership of a large and critical fleet operation in Ghana. This is a high-impact role for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and strong leadership to a growing logistics environment.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing AAK’s fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilisation, safety, maintenance, and cost control. Working closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in improving performance across a complex and field-based transport operation.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day fleet operations (trucks, vehicles, and equipment)
Improve utilisation, route planning, and overall efficiency
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and workshop performance
Drive safety, compliance, and driver training initiatives
Monitor and optimise fleet-related costs
Build reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
Lead drivers, workshop teams, and support staff

## 🧠 Profil recherché

## 💼 Expérience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fleet or transport management
Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related
Strong leadership experience managing drivers and technical teams
Solid technical understanding of vehicles and maintenance
Experience with fleet systems, tracking, and reporting
Able to bring structure and improve processes in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working in a rural, operational setting
