Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Conduct monthly budget-versus-actual (BVA) reviews in collaboration with the Project Team Leader to identify and resolve variances proactively. Review all financial claims, invoices, purchase orders, and perdie sheets to confirm that complete supporting documentation is provided prior to processing payouts. Oversee the administration of bank accounts and petty cash funds for the Kiryandongo field office, ensuring accurate and timely submission of cash forecast requests to headquarters. Enforce adherence to SAT policies, donor regulations set forth by the War Child Alliance, and statutory tax obligations in Uganda, including Withholding Tax (WHT) and Pay As You Earn (PAYE).
