Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitoring and verifying the quality of all raw materials used in production.

Monitoring of raw materials performance during production.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records on raw materials.

Monitoring material usage to ensure food safety standards.

Preparing, documenting, and submitting regulatory applications and reports to relevant authorities, ensuring continuous certification and compliance.

Required Skills or Experience

HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry or Science related courses.

1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Ability to effectively adapt and work with new and changing situations.

Willingness to travel.

Good judgment and extremely close attention to detail.

Ability to effectively adapt and work with new and changing situations.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
