Job Summary: The Advocacy and Communications Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational management of Oxfam’s advocacy, campaigns, communications, and public positioning initiatives within the Southern Africa (SAF) Cluster. This position is responsible for transforming program evidence, policy priorities, and partner perspectives into compelling narratives, targeted influencing strategies, and high-impact public engagement efforts. Under the strategic guidance of the Program and Influencing Lead, this role is tasked with defining Oxfam’s regional external persona, enhancing its public profile and trustworthiness, and aligning advocacy and communications efforts with the SAF Strategy (2026–2030).
