Delivery Driver (Car & Motorcycle)

Job Type: Full Time | Qualification: BA/BSc/HND | Job Field: Driving

Responsibilities:

Transport products, official documents, and equipment safely to customers, suppliers, and company sites following assigned schedules. Operate both company cars and motorcycles depending on task requirements and route optimization. Verify delivery documentation by securing signed delivery notes, receipts, and proof-of-delivery acknowledgments. Perform daily routine vehicle and motorcycle checks, report maintenance needs, and maintain fleet cleanliness. Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and properly handling cargo during transport. Utilize GPS navigation tools (e.g., Google Maps) to navigate local traffic efficiently and minimize delays. Uphold professional communication with clients during handoffs and promptly report any road incidents or delays to management.

Requirements:

Valid driving license with current endorsements for both cars and motorcycles. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a commercial delivery driver, rider, or corporate courier. Strong knowledge of local roads, city routes, and traffic navigation using smartphone applications. Prior experience delivering for business enterprises, logistics firms, or technology companies is highly preferred. Clean driving record with a commitment to traffic laws, defensive driving, and transport safety regulations. Physical capability to assist with cargo handling, loading, and unloading.

IT Software Sales & Marketing

Job Type: Full Time | Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma | Experience: Not specified | Location: Nairobi | Job Field: ICT / Computer, Sales and Business Development

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services. Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners and corporates. Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback. Educate clients on product usage and benefits during onboarding.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Mandatory hands-on experience in IT software sales. Demonstrated track record selling software solutions, web development, or broader IT products/services is highly preferred. Strong business development, lead generation, cold prospecting, and target delivery capabilities. Proven pitch, negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

IT Operations & Procurement Officer

Job Type: Full Time | Qualification: BA/BSc/HND | Experience: 3 years | Location: Nairobi | Job Field: ICT / Computer, Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking, storage), software, cloud services, and tech solutions. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, OEMs, distributors, and logistics partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, and contracts while ensuring full compliance with internal policies. Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability, track equipment distribution, and minimize excess inventory. Utilize ERP systems (Odoo) to maintain detailed procurement records, manage supplier databases, and drive process automation. Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Project teams to align procurement with customer project timelines and operational requirements. Analyze supply chain performance data and prepare regular management reports to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations within an IT-focused company. Strong technical understanding of IT hardware, networking gear, storage devices, and software solutions. Hands-on proficiency using ERP systems - preferably Odoo - for purchasing, inventory tracking, and operational reporting. Proven background negotiating contracts and managing strategic relationships with tech vendors, distributors, and manufacturers. Strong analytical, negotiation, contract administration, and process optimization skills.

Junior Property Accountant

Job Type: Full Time | Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma | Experience: 2 years | Location: Nairobi | Job Field: Finance / Accounting / Audit

Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute billing for rent, service charges, and utility fees. Maintain up-to-date tenant ledgers and issue account statements. Assist with arrears follow-up, tracking, and debt collections. Resolve tenant billing queries in collaboration with Property Management. Perform bank, tenant, supplier, and utility account reconciliations. Process property expense invoices and maintain accurate payment records. Identify and resolve ledger discrepancies promptly. Compile tenant ageing analysis, financial schedules, and management reports. Support month-end financial closing procedures. Assist with internal and external property accounting audits.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CPA Part II (or equivalent) is an added advantage. 2+ years of hands-on experience in property accounting (commercial properties, shopping centers, or malls preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a busy environment.
