Customer Care Intern
As a Customer Care Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with maintaining onboarding trackers (CLM/Overall Client Training/New & Sensitive Client Group/TTS Contracts), sending welcome packs and emails, and posting new and sensitive clients daily in the New & Sensitive Client Group. You will also call new clients after their first collection and conduct a first collection survey two weeks later. Supporting physical or online induction training for new clients, helping process and track client requests for compost, gate signs, bins, certificates, and other related items, and assisting in receiving and responding to client queries via
