As a Guest Service Expert, you will proactively deliver a comprehensive range of services to enhance guest satisfaction, from table setup and kitchen coordination to direct guest interaction and maintaining immaculate workspaces. Consistently upholding safety, compliance with company policies, quality standards, and professional presentation—including attire, grooming, and communication—is essential to success in this position. This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, as well as navigating various surfaces. You will manage menu details, verify information visually, and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Additional responsibilities may include reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed to fulfill operational demands. Preferred Qualifications: – Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. – Work Experience: Less than one year in a related field. – Supervisory Experience: None required. – Licensing/Certification: Not required.
