Additionally, the position entails maintaining financial goals by achieving performance and budget targets, submitting reports punctually, documenting profits and losses accurately, and ensuring tax compliance. Additional Duties: Demonstrating proficiency in accounting systems, procedures, and relevant laws—including return check protocols, gross revenue reporting, write-off and deposit processes—is essential. The role also involves technical proficiency with financial software, data entry, and compliance evaluations. Leadership responsibilities include guiding teams through interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a productive work environment, setting deadlines, and delegating tasks while promoting transparency and cultural inclusivity.
