Responsabilités
A dedicated professional is sought to ensure seamless teamwork, uphold exceptional service standards, and consistently meet client demands in Kigali, Rwanda. Responsibilities include enforcing dress code policies, overseeing opening and closing procedures such as supply preparation, equipment cleaning, and zone inspections, as well as managing storage areas with strict adherence to FIFO principles and inventory documentation. Additional duties involve coordinating dining room capacity, client safety, and well-being, submitting maintenance requests, and supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes while fostering a culture of fairness and open communication under Marriott’s policies. The role demands meticulous adherence to safety protocols, immediate reporting of hazards or incidents, and completion of required safety certifications, alongside maintaining strict confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguarding company assets. Collaboration, respect, and team motivation are essential to achieving shared objectives, while upholding quality assurance standards throughout operations. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, or moving up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg), prolonged standing or mobility, visual verification of details, and precise manual dexterity—reaching overhead, bending, and navigating confined or elevated spaces. Guest interaction requires professional, courteous communication—both verbal and via telephone—with active listening to address concerns effectively. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least two years of relevant experience, including one year in a supervisory capacity, and thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment that values individual contributions.
