We invite qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest for the selection of consulting services, as outlined in our formal request. The Uganda Digital Acceleration Project – Government Network (UDP-GOVNET), facilitated by Loan Number P171305, invites proposals under Reference Number NITA-U/UDP/CONS/26-27/00002. Consultancy services are sought to assess the cybersecurity landscape across critical sectors and devise tailored cybersecurity guidelines to address identified vulnerabilities. The assignment is scheduled to span five (5) months, commencing from the date the contract is executed.
