Madagascar Coffee Company (MCC) recherche un Torréfacteur pour son site d'Antananarivo.

  • Développer et exécuter les profils de torréfaction des cafés MCC
  • Contrôler la qualité du café vert avant production
  • Suivre les paramètres de torréfaction et assurer la constance des lots
  • Participer aux sessions de dégustation et à l'analyse sensorielle
  • Préparer et emballer les commandes selon les standards MCC
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre, sécurisé et organisé
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la mise à jour des logs de production

  • Expérience en torréfaction, production alimentaire, hôtellerie ou environnement qualité
  • Sens du détail, rigueur et discipline opérationnelle
  • Intérêt pour le café de spécialité et l'analyse sensorielle
  • Bonne organisation et capacité à respecter les procédures
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe
  • Maîtrise du français et du malgache ; anglais apprécié
