For this full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role located in Kigali, the primary responsibility is to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while ensuring operational efficiency and executing strategies to enhance growth and profitability. Additionally, the Chief Operating Officer will manage financial performance, lead business planning initiatives, and supervise operations management. Candidates must possess strong business planning and analytical skills, along with proven experience in operations management, finance, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development while demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management abilities. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, as is prior experience within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
