Détails de l'offre Nous recrutons pour nos partenaires , une entreprise specialisée dans le domaine immobilier ; foncier , un JURISTE ENTREPRISE .
Conseiller : guider les clients sur les règles de propriété. Rédiger : préparer les actes de vente et les baux. Vérifier : s'assurer que les projets respectent les lois en vigueur. Gérer les litiges : chercher des solutions en cas de conflit
Connaissance solide des lois sur l'immobilier. Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Capacité à négocier. Rigueur et bon relationnel.
Profil : master juridique et justifier d'au moins deux année a un poste similaire ou en droit en général ; avoir une bonne connaissance du foncier ou de l'immobilier .
