The Country Finance Manager (CFM) leads the finance function in CAR, ensuring effective implementation of financial systems, controls, and compliance with organisational and donor requirements. As a member of the Country Leadership Team, the CFM contributes to strategic decision-making, provides financial guidance to management, and ensures sound financial governance.
