Le poste est à pourvoir au sein d’un cabinet d’expertise qui appuie le COREF et les gouvernements provinciaux dans le cadre du projet ENCORE, visant le renforcement de la décentralisation financière en République Démocratique du Congo.

Le candidat idéal devra justifier d’un diplôme de Licence en comptabilité, finance, gestion, droit ou équivalent.
Compétences techniques
Une connaissance approfondie des réglementations fiscales et des normes d’audit interne est requise, ainsi qu’une maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion et d’audit, et du pack office.
Compétences personnelles
Intégrité irréprochable, sens aigu de l’éthique professionnelle, leadership affirmé, esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation, rigueur administrative, réactivité, résolution de problèmes complexes, communication claire et transversale, autonomie et respect des délais.
Expérience demandée
Au moins 10 années d’expérience générale en audit interne, contrôle financier ou gestion des risques (idéalement dans le secteur public ou fiscal), dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de direction au sein d’un service d’audit interne au niveau national ou provincial.
