SODEICO Sarl recrute un Chef de Bureau pour son bureau de Tshikapa. Cette offre est publiée dans le cadre du projet ENCORE, qui vise le renforcement de la décentralisation financière en République Démocratique du Congo. Le poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un accompagnement du COREF et des gouvernements provinciaux.
Le candidat retenu devra justifier d'un diplôme universitaire (Bac + 5) en Économie, Gestion, Droit ou Finances Publiques. Une expérience minimale de 5 ans dans la gestion publique ou financière, au sein d'une institution privée ou publique, est exigée.
Sur le plan technique, la maîtrise parfaite du système fiscal congolais et des lois relatives aux finances publiques est indispensable. Une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de gestion et de suivi fiscal, ainsi que du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), est également requise.
Les compétences personnelles attendues incluent un leadership stratégique et affirmé, une capacité de décision en environnement complexe, un sens élevé de l'éthique, de la rigueur et de la responsabilité, d'excellentes aptitudes en négociation et la capacité à fédérer des équipes multidisciplinaires.
