We are looking to hire a Chef/Cook to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Lagos, Nigeria, within the Food Services & Catering sector.
Responsibilities:
Plan menus and oversee kitchen operations. Manage kitchen inventory and supervise the cook/kitchen staff. Ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation. Prepare and cook meals as directed by the Chef. Assist with food prep, portioning, and kitchen cleanliness. Support in stock and inventory checks.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven cooking experience. Strong knowledge of local and continental dishes. Good hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience and Language:
Mid-level position requiring at least 3 years of experience. Working hours are full-time, from 8 to 5. English is required.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000
