We are in search of a visionary and strategic Brand Designer to lead the development, refinement, and oversight of our company’s visual identity. In this role, you will construct scalable design frameworks, produce impactful visual assets, and establish brand standards that guarantee a polished, unified experience across every digital and physical interaction. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, you will bridge our core business goals with visually striking, meticulously crafted creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include expanding and maintaining our foundational visual identity systems—such as logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery—while producing and refining detailed brand guideline documents to ensure consistency across web, social media, print, and presentations. You will also design engaging, high-caliber visual assets for digital marketing initiatives, sales presentations, event promotions, and social platforms. Partnering with marketing and growth teams, you will craft landing pages, email templates, and ad units that drive conversions while adhering to our visual framework. Additionally, you will stay ahead of industry trends and competitor visual strategies to keep our brand dynamic, current, and compelling. To qualify, you must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual communication, or marketing design, preferably within tech, SaaS, or e-commerce. A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in brand identity systems, layout design, typography, and marketing materials is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate creative concepts and reasoning effectively via video. You should excel at merging imaginative creativity with strategic business and brand objectives. Experience in motion design (After Effects), video editing, or creating web-based brand assets (Webflow/HTML) is a plus.
