Responsabilités
This position bridges the gap between customer requirements and production capabilities, delivering technical engineering design data to optimize manufacturing workflows for small to medium-scale projects. The role collaborates with production departments and project teams to ensure seamless execution. Key responsibilities include adhering to quality management system standards to drive continuous improvement, generating 2D and 3D design data to validate product manufacturability, interpreting technical requests from internal and external stakeholders, and providing guidance on industrial engineering matters. Additionally, the position assesses and clarifies production requests, participates in decision-making to streamline operations, and supports ongoing projects while serving as the primary technical resource for design-related inquiries to maintain high-quality, stable production. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications include a technical degree (or equivalent work experience), at least two years of CAD experience, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and proficiency in engineering design tools and methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
