In this role, you will… Lead hydrological assessments for infrastructure, environmental, and water resource projects, overseeing their preparation and review. Perform comprehensive hydrological assessments encompassing rainfall-runoff simulations, flood frequency evaluations, catchment yield evaluations, and water balance investigations. Develop, calibrate, and validate hydrological and hydraulic models by leveraging industry-standard software and established methodologies. Offer expert technical insights into the conceptualization and planning of dams, drainage systems, flood mitigation structures, water distribution networks, and transportation infrastructure. Ensure all hydrological studies are conducted in full alignment with national regulations, international guidelines, and specific client requirements. Craft meticulously prepared technical reports, drawings, and supplementary documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory mandates prior to submission. Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of hydrological deliverables prepared by junior staff and project teams, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to established guidelines.
