- Gestion des appels entrants et sortants
- Assistance et orientation des clients
- Prise de rendez-vous et suivi de la clientèle
- Promotion des services de l'entreprise

- Expérience en centre d'appel ou en relation client
- Bonne expression orale en français
- Sens de l'écoute et de la communication
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
- Dynamique, ponctuel(le) et motivé(e)
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout
